Compliance Support
Reporting prepared. Records kept current.
Unity manages the ongoing administrative work that keeps your DOT drug and alcohol testing program up to date. We track reporting requirements, maintain program records, prepare MIS reports for employers to submit, and file employer-reportable Clearinghouse violations within the scope of your program and authorization. Your team has a clear view of what has been completed and what still needs attention.
Discuss your compliance needsClearinghouse reporting and violation filings
For FMCSA-regulated employers, Unity supports required Clearinghouse queries, record updates, and employer-reportable violation filings. Once designated as your C/TPA and authorized for the relevant tasks, we manage those reporting activities using the information provided by your team and testing providers. We coordinate outstanding information and required employer actions so filings can be completed on time. Employers retain responsibility for their program obligations, including providing accurate information and obtaining required consent.
Annual MIS report preparation
Unity does the hard work of annual MIS reporting as part of our comprehensive approach to program management. We compile your drug and alcohol testing data, reconcile test totals, and prepare your Management Information System (MIS) report, so your team can focus on running the business. We help you track applicable reporting requirements and deadlines and provide the prepared report for your review. When filing is required, you complete the final step by submitting the report directly to the appropriate agency.
Current records and accessible test results
Unity keeps program records organized as testing activity occurs, including employee rosters, random selections, completed tests, released results, and reporting documentation. We follow up on missing information and update records so your team can see the status of its program. Authorized users can obtain copies of test results and supporting records when needed. For legal requests involving those records, Unity coordinates documentation with the relevant providers and your counsel, following applicable confidentiality and disclosure requirements.
