Multi-employer compliance, built to scale
Overview
How Unity Helps:
What's included:
- Random pool management across member companies
- Employer onboarding and recordkeeping
- Ongoing compliance monitoring
- Member-level reporting
Who It's For:
Is a shared pool right for your members?
That depends on the covered workforce and the applicable agency rules. A shared pool can serve multiple employers; a standalone pool serves one employer. Unity reviews your program structure and covered employee categories before recommending an arrangement. DOT and non-DOT testing pools must remain separate.
What do we need to get started?
- Identify each member employer, its governing agency, and the employees covered by testing rules.
- Confirm current rosters, employer contacts, provider access, and the administrative tasks Unity will support.
- Agree on roster updates, selection notifications, collection coordination, and member reporting.
Who remains responsible?
The employer retains compliance responsibility and a qualified internal DER. Unity supports the agreed administrative work and communicates required follow-up to the appropriate employer contact.

FAQ
Unity supports growing consortiums and established multi-employer programs. Share your member count, covered workforce, governing agencies, and current systems so we can confirm the appropriate structure, compatibility, and support scope.
Each member employer receives clear, individualized reporting, while you retain full visibility across the entire consortium.
